Laila Kaiser is an award-winning marketer and communications specialist with 20 years of marketing and thought-leadership experience. She’s worked for some of the world’s biggest brands and for technology start-ups in channel, direct, and corporate capacities.
Based in Sydney, Australia, Kaiser applies her experience in engagements to companies in the Asia-Pacific region and around the world. As director of GTM and growth marketing at 2112, Kaiser is responsible for crafting and shaping the channel strategies and programs of companies that span the hardware, software, cloud, and service spectrum.
Kaiser is an expert in B2B strategy and marketing, brand marketing, demand and lead generation, partner enablement, public relations and corporate communications, project management, MDF and partner business development, omnichannel strategies and operations, and stakeholder influence.
Passionate about how technology betters the commercial and consumer worlds, Kaiser has experience in the Internet of Things, Software-as-a-Service, security, data center infrastructure, unified communications and collaboration, and mobility.
Before joining 2112, Kaiser held several positions at Cisco Systems in North America and Asia-Pacific, in areas including partner communications, partner marketing, and public relations. She was the Asia-Pacific leader for Silver Spring Networks, an emerging IoT and cloud computing vendor, and the marketing director of Loud Marketing Agency, which specializes in the facilitation of technology company growth. She also served as a brand ambassador at Nike, where she developed an innovation initiative that included participation with alliance members, including McDonald’s, PGT, The World Bank, and Xerox.
Kaiser holds dual degrees – in marketing and finance, and in environmental sciences – from the University of Oregon. She also completed executive-level marketing training at Stanford University.
