SolarWinds MSP Launches MSP Pulse
The new benchmarking tool lets MSPs see how they stack up on revenue, profit, service selection, sales capacity, customer engagement, and growth potential against peers across North America and Europe.
… MSP Pulse was developed in partnership with The 2112 Group, a business-strategy firm focused on improving the performance of technology companies’ direct and indirect channels. According to SolarWinds MSP, the new tool generates customized reports that empower MSPs to answer critical questions such as :
How their business compares with peers across North America and Europe
How they stack up on revenue, profit, service selection, sales capacity, customer engagement, and growth potential
How they can influence better planning for future investments in the business
The new tool is available to MSPs in North America and Europe for free. Additionally, 2112 and SolarWinds MSP will periodically publish high-level industry reports based on findings from the benchmarking tool.
