Kathleen Martin is an award winning speaker, business development and marketing professional. She has a wealth of experience including writing, presenting and preparing effective marketing programs for large and small companies.
From 1995 to 2007, Ms. Martin established a strong F500 foundation at Lexmark International, where she began planning and executing customer presentations in the executive briefing center and delivering presentations in their Sales University. She quickly moved up to manager positions in event planning, channel sales planning and operations, then US channel marketing operations, garnering eight awards for marketing excellence. She was also responsible for education and training in sales program development.
It was in the position of Channel Communications Manager that Ms. Martin showcased her skills and knowledge of channel operations. During her three years in this position, Ms. Martin was awarded five awards for marketing excellence and a record 27 business show awards from partners for excellence in education and presentations. These accolades included multiple Best of Show Awards and Best Channel Program Awards.
Upon leaving Lexmark, Ms. Martin branched out into her own B2B Channel Marketing consulting business, RocketComm. At RocketComm, Ms. Martin continued to impact business in the IT channel as she developed and implemented effective sales training and partner communications programs for client companies.
Most recently, Ms. Martin was the CEO of The Greenbo Agency, a full service business agency where she focused on growing local businesses through operational support, marketing design, Web services and social media. During this time, Ms. Martin established the agency and a unique non-profit program to educate individuals in Kentucky on health and wellness options.
