Channel Vanguard Council
The Channel Vanguard Council, a neutral collaborative comprising leaders from the technology reseller channel and established in 2009, formalized its charter and resolved to fulfilling the mission of creating standards that will result in the maturation of channel business practices for vendors, distributors, solution providers, services organizations and value-added resellers.

Cloud and Technology Transformation Alliance (CTTA)
CTTA is a group of industry thought leaders who represent IT vendors, telephony carriers, hosting companies, telephony agents and IT solution providers engaged in cloud computing. The council is facilitated by Channel Partners Magazine, the leading publication of IT and telephony channels, and The 2112 Group, a strategic services firm specializing in channel optimization and communications. CTTA’s mission is the exploration of the coming together of the IT and telephony channels in the cloud computing era, and providing expert guidance and best practices for success.

The CompTIA IT Security Community is focused on the challenges and opportunities in the IT security field. Goals of this community include the development of security-specific best practices, education programs, industry standards and member-driven initiatives. The CompTIA Security Trustmark was developed by this group, which will continue to update the program while promoting its adoption and industry standing.
